How To Open Multiple Instances of Google Talk

By default, we can open only one instance of Google Talk. This limits us to be online in a single Google Talk ID at a given time. Suppose you want to be online in multiple Google Talk ID's at the same time, then how will you achieve it? The trick is very simple and takes just few seconds to implement.

Modify Properties of Shortcut


The process is very simple. Right click on Google Talk shortcut icon, select the 'Shortcut' tab. In the 'Target' text box field, append the following string giving one white space in between.

Click on 'Apply' button and click OK. And here is the result...

After this setting, you can open multiple instances of Google Talk one after another. There is no limit on the number of instances that can be opened with this method.
