Driver Ratings is community-supported service that rates drivers from around the world associated with a license plate. Simply select the appropriate city (hundreds of city are supported), and punch the license plate number to get the ratings for that driver. You can also rate and comment to further refine the ratings.
Since it is community driven ratings, accuracy in ratings cannot be 100%, but it surely gives you enough feedback about the driving skills of a person associated with a particular license plate. You can also initiate your record by adding your license plate to the database.
